If we only ever published positive reviews, the validity of our reviews would be downgraded as it would not be compared to negative reviews. Negative reviews encourage agents to deliver the best customer service and that customers can trust the reviews because it has been written openly and subjectively with an attempt to convey the truth about their experience.
